This policy applies to all the activities, products, and services of The Market Hall WLL, and to all the persons working for, or on behalf of, the Division, including employees, customers, service providers, contractors, suppliers, and visitors.

The Market Hall is committed to the following points:

  • Establish QHSE OBJECTIVES through a smart framework, aligning with organizational priorities, fostering employee involvement, ensuring legal compliance, and enabling continuous improvement
  • Providing a consistently high-quality service that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Proactively identifying the needs and expectations of its customers to maximize their satisfaction.
  • Providing services that are suitable for the purposes they are intended for, and which meet the customers’ and other interested parties’ requirements and expectations.
  • Giving quick response to customers’ queries and resolution to customers’ requests and complaints.
  • Minimizing the burden on the environment from operations by reducing waste, promoting reuse and recycling, and optimizing natural resources, as well as preventing pollution.
  • Promoting environmental awareness and the responsibility of all persons to protect the natural environment and prevent pollution.
  • Implementing the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards, and continually improving their effectiveness by enhancing its processes, systems and employees’ competence.
  • Identifying and eliminating hazards and reducing OH&S risks through effective risk control measures.
  • Achieving Zero harm to all employees, customers, service providers, contractors, suppliers and visitors.
  • Complying with all applicable QHSE legislation and statutory requirements.
  • Consultation and participation of our workers in all matters related to Health, Safety, and Environment
  • Providing the required resources and training to maintain a safe work and shopping environment.
  • Controlling all consignment, service providers, suppliers, contractors and visitors in terms of HSE.

The division reviews and updates this policy at least once a year, or whenever there is a significant change in the Company’s activities, products, services, or QHSE performance.

The Division communicates this policy to all persons working for, or on behalf of, the Division, and makes it available to all interested parties by displaying it through its website and other communication means. The Division also encourages feedback and suggestions from its stakeholders on how to improve its QHSE policy and performance.
