  • Q: What is M’Loyalty?

    The new loyalty program from Monoprix is designed for you and your grocery shopping.

    As a member of M’Loyalty, you can earn cashback every time you spend at Monoprix or Monop’

    Cashbacks can be redeemed on everything except the purchase of cigarettes and other tobacco products, gift cards, extended warranty, mobile prepaid cards, subscriptions, and future services.

    Cashback rewards rates are as a percentage of the relevant spend in one transaction. The more you spend, the more you save.

  • Q: Who can join M’Loyalty?

    The Loyalty Program is available free of charge to all Monoprix customers who are 18 years old or older and have a valid local mobile number.

  • Q: How can I join the M’Loyalty Program?

    You can download the M’Loyalty app from the App Store or Google Play Store. If you need help, visit any Monoprix or Monop store and our store colleagues will be happy to assist you. M’Loyalty is a cardless program, so members will receive a digital card.

  • Q: In what countries is M’Loyalty available?

    The Loyalty Program is applicable to all Monoprix and Monop’ stores in the State of Qatar.

  • Q: How do I earn M’Cash?

    You can collect M’Cash in-store at any Monoprix or Monop’ branch. Just present your digital card in the M’Loyalty app before closing your transaction at the POS. Any previous transactions at Monoprix or Monop’ stores are not eligible for M’Cash. For a full list of our locations, visit our location page on the M’Loyalty app or our website Monoprix Qatar Locations.

  • Q: How are M’Cash Rewards Calculated?

    Cashback Rewards earn rates are calculated as a percentage of the relevant spend in each transaction:

    Amount spent in one transaction (QAR):Cashback Rewards earn rate (%):
    1-99 QAR1%
    100-299 QAR3%
    300 QAR and above5%


  • Q: How long will my points last?

    Cashback Rewards earned remain valid for the entire duration of the Loyalty Program. If MONOPRIX decides to end the Loyalty Program, after the approval of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Cashback Rewards will expire and will not be usable. This is unless otherwise stated at that time.

  • Q: How can I redeem my M’Cash?

    The Loyalty Program allows members to redeem cashback rewards. Cashback rewards can be redeemed once the Loyalty Program account is registered. Members can redeem their cashback rewards at checkout by paying for or offsetting the price of purchases at Monoprix and Monop’ stores.

  • Q: Can I transfer my M’Cash to someone else?

    M’Cash are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.

  • Q: Can I exchange my M’Cash for cash money?

    Cashback Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or be given as change. No change or currency will be given for any unused portion of any Cashback Rewards.

  • Q: How long do I have to wait to get my M’Cash credit in my account?

    Your M’Cash will be credited to your account within 24 hours of the purchase date. If you do not receive your M’Cash within 24 hours, please contact us through the “Contact Us” section.

  • Q: Can I pay for products and rewards with M’Cash?

    Yes, you can use your M’Cash to pay fully or partially for your shopping amount in-store.

  • Q: Where can I find my M’Cash balance?

    The M’Cash you earn on your purchase will be shown on your receipt each time you spend in one of Monoprix’s branches. You can also find your points balance on the Monoprix Loyalty App.

    To check your M’Cash balance, follow these 2 steps:

    STEP 1: Open your M’Loyalty app and click on M’Loyalty at the bottom right.

    STEP 2: You will see your M’Cash balance as per the photo.

  • Q: Where can I shop to earn my M’Cash?

    You can shop in any of our stores:

      • Monoprix: Msheireb, West Bay, Festival City, The-Pearl Qatar, Iconic 2022, Place Vendome and West Walk
      • Monop’: Porto Arabia and Al Saad
  • Q: Where can I get my M’Loyalty card?

    Our M’Loyalty card is a digital card! You can easily find it in our app using the following steps:

  • Q: What if I would like to exchange or refund my purchases?

    Exchange and Refund requests without a valid invoice will not be accepted.

    In the event that for any reason a refund is issued by MONOPRIX following the return of any qualifying purchase, any Cashback Rewards earned in respect of such purchase will be deducted from the relevant Member’s account.

  • Q: I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

    Follow these steps to reset your password for your account.

    STEP 1: Open your M’Loyalty Application and click “Forgot your password”

    STEP 2: Enter your Phone number OR registered-email

    STEP 3: You will receive an OTP from our system. Please use the number to fill out the form.

    STEP 4: Click Verify and you can log in to your account using your new password.
